I'm 1-starring this unless someone explains the joke to me
One of the "tricks" to getting women in the pick up artist is a "neg", which is saying something that could be construed as a compliment but is actually an insult, so you lower their self esteem whilst ostensibly looking like a "Nice Guy"
For instance:
"Nice shoes, are those your mother's?"
or
"That's a beautiful dress you're wearing, it makes you look very slim."
See on their faces, they're compliments, but in actually you are saying they're old (comparing her to her mother), or they're fat (saying they LOOK slim, not ARE slim).
It's basically a despicable way of making a woman feel like shit so she'll sleep with you
the joke is pun on the PUA neg, the blood type AB Negative, the relationship vampires have to blood, and their role in fiction as malevolent seducers
