That reminds me that I'm pretty sure there's a option on the plug-in that makes it so the votes start on 5 so you don't accidentally vote 1 all the time. Will have to check on that.
Also will probably go in and increase the minimum number of players that's needed before 5cp Push shows up a bit. Probably will bump it back up to 12.

* Removed superfluous/duplicate responses in Demoman.txt and Heavy.txt (Fists of Steel kill response now shares with base melee kill response, Bottle shares with Frying Pan, Pain Train with Frying Pan. Note: the responses work exactly the same as before, this is just cleaning up the code)
