According to the TF2 Wiki it still has "Mini-Crits airborne targets" in its description.

it was changed quite a while ago to only mini crit against targets that were knocked up by an explosion from its own rockets

before it used to mini-crit any target was not on the ground

Actually, I think it still minicrits on anything airborne from an explosion. So it makes a nifty counter to rocket and sticky jumpers, though it's not really a main reason to pick the weapon.

Generally we've been playing on HonC. They go up around 6-7ish EST time usually, or you can always try to get a game going by joining and inviting people.

It was a one-night thing. Discovered that it was either not playing nice with some other plugin on the server or it was just crazy-buggy, so it got turned off again.

I don't think we have a group, but I haven't exactly looked for one or asked.

Yeah we just join up when we see other dudes on. Your best bet would probably be to just add a handful of people who post regularly on here and watch for them to be in the server.

Alternatively wait for a post, one of us usually throws one out.
