I'm also on duty so the phone can ring at any time day or night this week and I have to respond to it.
But there have been a lot of incidents this week so I'm really backed up at work dealing with some really stupid people. I had to escort someone off campus yesterday because they were banned and it ate up a lot of my time.
And I don't like getting yelled at in Russian. It's just been a long day.
