    I was just using Mind Trick as an example for how most Force Powers could be used in such a way to earn a dark side point. Yes it is a good power for a young padwan in hiding to have at their disposal.

    Glad you're looking forward to this, I am as well, I've really been enjoying all of the character submissions so far.

    wait that's not a good thing, I am so gonna get arrested.

    must find a way to create a false identity for my character as well as his ship, which I aslo need to name at some point

    Plastic surgery. Grow a tentacle or two.Statistically speaking the average roll for 1d6 is 3.5 and 3d6 is 11.5 rounding up for the choose highest 3 lets make it 12 that is 30 point buy if you get the average.If i did my math right.

    12 points per stat is 24 point buy, which is only one point less than the standard rule alotment.

    and if you look at Luke Skywalker in the Core Book, at the end of RotJ - he's 11th level, with an array of 14, 16, 14, 14, 14, 15, which even if you take into account 4 ability adjustments at 4th and 8th, is a 36 point array!

    25 is terribad, i don't know anyone who insists on using that method!

    Green sir. The hilt is similar to Luke Skywalker's lightsaber (the one he built, not Anakin's).

    I guess I should look around and find a good avatar for him. I'm not really sure where to look though.

    Anyone have some good suggestions? I mean it should be generally easy. I envision him to be a little above average height, skinny, 16-17 years of age, and at this point shaggy, unkempt hair. He would have ditched the padawan braid rather quickly..and after a couple months his hair has got to be somewhat longer than what was traditional for a padawan.

    Orange is cool..but I would assume at this point a jedi would still only have blue or green.

    Yellow is also an acceptable lightsaber color though.
