Been doing that. Every other file works except the forgotten kingdoms one, even the tiny patches.

It seems to merge in fine but when the character builder starts for real it gives an error telling me to contact WotC customer service.

"Hello, WotC customer service, my name is Regdar, how can I help you?"

"Yeah, I downloaded something that updates your old discontinued character builder in violation of terms of service and then it said to call you."

"Oh really."

"Yes, really. These... guys made it. I dunno. It's some kinda computer stuff."

"We'll send over our technical support specialist."

"Wow, you guys do that?"

"Of course. He'll be there soon."
