Ok so registration is just about closed for this year's Omegathon, so I thought I'd start up a thread for freshly minted Omeganauts to make themselves known and also for wild speculation as to this year's batch of games.

So, what games do you think we'll be seeing? Also, what would you like to see?

Noob question here...how does one register? I looked at the official website's FAQ and it didn't mention the Omegathon at all.

When you register for a 3-day badge, one of the questions that comes up right away is if you'd like to be registered for drawing for the Omegathon.

Good point, allow me to clarify. I won't be embarrassing myself as an Omeganaut, I will embarrassing in multiple other ways.

I just got a call too. Heck, I had to register just to post this, so it can happen to anyone.

On the one hand I feel kinda bad because I'm hogging a space that probably should be filled by PA regular; on the other hand, we're all just here to have fun and if there's one thing I'm good at, it's being cannon fodder and a stepping stone for the true gamers out there.

The Omegathon isn't about "true" gamers or "pro" gamers. It's randomly selected so that anybody can be chosen, and anybody could win.

Also don't worry about not being a regular, because you are now.
