Go to the main GameStop website, click on the Find a Store link at the top of the page, put in your zip code, and it'll show you the closest stores and their phone numbers.
Then just call whichever one you made the reservation at and ask.

No, she has spirit. She is trying her best, following in the footsteps of the two men she hero-worships.

Not sure. Mine's at level 24 and knows secret power, attract, refresh and double-slap and is cracking skulls left and right.

Regenerator is such an awesome ability as well. Nice being able to just switch out and heal rather than traipse all the way back to a pokémon centre.
