Honestly anything before I thought about best years was best.

My dad died about a month after my birthday, and I think either the day of or within a couple of days of my brother's birthday.

You know the one thing I have decided is that growing up means you get boring birthdays. But it was kind of nice and relaxing.

16/17 would probably be my most bodacious years. They were certainly the most fun.

18 most fun (most of my first year of college, woo!), 19 worst (a lot of stupid shit). 20 and 21 haven't been so bad, but could definitely be better.

25 was coolish, but 26 is kind of a bummer. I'm hoping 27 will be interesting. Because as numbers go, 7 is pretty interesting.

I knoooooooow! I feel guilt on some incredibly minor level!

Also there's an amazing tape somewhere of my friends and I rocking the fuck out to Been Caught Stealing at one of those places. It was the kind where there's a greenscreen and they make a music video and everything.

And this was in like 1995 so you can just picture how fantastic it is.

In particular his rant about how, unlike Bush, Obama has spent insufficient time providing a justification for why this is a good thing to do.

I didn't think that was something anyone who has been paying attention could have missed.

Yeah my older brother (who is basically my dad considering my lack of a father figure) is really upset about this and saying its libel since they are calling me a liar. (I'm not)

Kinda the latter. The disaster part is why I'm flying home next week for 3 weeks, although that's to appease the collective parents more than anything.
