Easily my favorite show of the 90's. Major staple of my childhood. Best episode was the Scream parody.

It got kind of weird towards the end. Missed Turner, and while Jack was okay and I got used to Angela (loved her dad), I never cared for Rachel. She was just extraneous. They even addressed this in a big two-parter, which was pretty funny and even a bit moving, but it didn't really change the fact that she was unnecessary.

He was a puppet from Atlanta who kept getting his human relatives in trouble and his cousin Bobby had a crush on Nina, who would go on to become Junior's hot baby mama on My Wife and Kids. At some point Skeeter and Bobby hung out with an old man who loved the blues.

The dad went on to become the dad in That's So Raven (pretty sure).

    That is what I remember.

Though to be honest, I wasn't too thrilled when they replaced Harley with him. Harley was more of a badass

Two years ago while on my public affairs & news show for the campus radio station my co-host and I got into a debate over who was hotter, Topanga or Lauren (referred to merely as 'Mountain Girl'). We had everyone in the station offer their vote and had a lot of people calling in to give their thoughts concerning the matter.

In the end I was victorious in my campaigning of Lauren, the Mountain Girl (as portrayed by Linda Cardellini).

    except angela

I was starting middle school when this shit came on the air, so I ate it up with a spoon. Its been nearly 20 years so I might not remember it right, but I think the original start of the show had Cory in what, 6th or 7th grade? So was I. So as stated, ate it with a spoon. I confess to feeling shame for this, even though I probably shouldn't.

I remember how during Channel One broadcasts in school on Fridays they inevitably had a commercial about "A VERY SPECIAL BOY MEETS WORLD" like clockwork, week in and week out. I am sure other shows on the TGIF block had episodes like that but BMW was more or less every episode an attempt at moral and life lessons.

I don't remember a ton about the show, especially the later seasons, since by the time some of my clique could drive, Friday nights were always a night away from the TV. Before I or my friends could drive though, I was a regular viewer of all the glories TGIF had to offer. I watched many an episode of Step By Step, Family Matters, Boy Meets World and whatever the rotating last show of the block would be. Also usually stuck it out to watch whatever scam or myth John Stossel would expose on 20/20 that night. Classic 20/20 with Walters, Downs and Stoss represent. Was a really great show back then.

Can't believe Stossel is a crusty old white guy on Fox News now, its disheartening to say the least.

Last night I watched a movie called Gamebox 1.0 starring Harvey from Sabrina, the Teenage Witch as the depressed gamer and Topanga from Boy Meets World as his deceased girlfriend brought back to life in a virtual reality game.

Me too. Two of a Kind, Brother's Keeper, Sabrina. Sometimes even Teen Angel.

They were not good shows, but I couldn't stop watching them.
