"How do you know it was child pornography, sir?"

"I saw it on his monitor."

"Okay sir, we're going to have to arrest you too."

But you'll never get convicted, because nobody can look at the evidence without becoming a pedophile.
It's like the ring, except even more retarded.

Cartoon children are being forced into porn against their will.

Please, won't someone think of the cartoon children?

    Probably not.

remember when McCain was on his little bill crusade to make sites, blogs and forums report every last detail of any child porn posted on them, and to not delete the records or they'd be fined and all the measures to keep sex offenders off anything on the internet remotely resembling communicating with another human being?

yeah it is a revision of the same thing.
Instead of specifying that all commercial Web sites and personal blogs must report illegal images, the requirement has been narrowed. Now, anyone offering a "service which provides to users thereof the ability to send or receive wire or electronic communications" must comply.
I kinda hope the author is being ironc using the word narrowed.

RedX is taking a stab a moving out west, and will be near San Francisco from May 14 till June 29.

It's about time we stopped people from sending pictures of naked cartoon children via telagram.

They really may as well just ban GIS outright if they're going to do this.

Does anyone really even use GIS for porn? Sure, you may find what you're looking for, but is it really worth the collateral damage?

They'd be better off banning Cartoon Network. I've seen more naked kids on it than I ever have online.

It's gateway porn. through it, you find means of getting a much safer, harder, consistent porngasm.

Lascivious poses? Seriously? Like an image would be legal, but could become illegal with a little hip action? I'm not sure how I feel about this. On one hand, it's beyond retarded. On the other hand, everybody using MySpace will go to jail.

    Dilemmas, dilemmas.

420's been dead for a while, hasn't it? fchan's got bigger problems than this bill - I can't even imagine McCain's reaction if he were to discover "furry". 4chan's been through this all before several times - mods get pissed off at users posting jailbait, ban anybody posting it or requesting it for a few weeks, then forget about it and everthing goes back to normal. If nothing else, users will move to that other site (which I won't mention, because I like my account thank you).

I would be more concerned about children's TV programs or cartoons. Want to show kids in pajamas? That might arouse the weirdos - better ban it! Swimsuites? B&. As with every other bill like this, the creeps continue to live on Usenet and IRC, while innocent third parties are the only ones affected.

That will come out all on its own, considering how many genres (All of them with women) have dickgirls and herms and such.

I don't know that most people actually comprehend how common it is for people to have uncertain sexual organs, much less the notion that it's desirable. Heck. Are there even that many bi characters on TV?

However, while it's illegal to sex animals, it's certainly not illegal to sex hermaphrodites. So at least they can't ban dickgirls.

Also, everyone is horrified at the thought of pedophilia (with good reason), but not so much with bestiality. Furries are more amusing then terrifying. So I don't think the public reaction would be as strong.

Sometimes, I see women at college and I pretend they're actually sixteen year olds who developed early. Maybe the government can make that illegal, instead. It would be easier to enforce.

Why does it always seem to come around to us depending on the supreme court to smack the other two institutions up when it comes to American politics?

I mean, when we learned about your form of government, I got the distinct impression that the idea was all 3 of those things were supposed to be rational institutions, not one overseeing two retards.

    Political grandstanding

In the US we require someone to be affected by a law and bring a case in order to have it overturned.

If no one is arrested the law stays on the books and whoever proposed it gets free brownie points and if it is overturned they get even more by complaining about "activist judges"

No body wants to be a test case so crap like this happens all the time.
