Wont be able to scan it off of your phone. Printing out the barcode will be the quickest way for everyone.

We can look you up manually though... but if theres a line of people who do have barcodes we will take care of them first

Yes, there will be a people-less area we can put you in, it's called the closet. Don't worry, though, we'll also give you a pair of nunchucks to play with while you're in there.

For those picking up badges on-site, please note our will-call booth is located on the 1st floor of the convention center this year, and will be available between 2:00pm and 8:00pm on Thursday

Is this the 1st floor of the convention center where BYOC will call will be held as well?

I ask because last year BYOC will call on Thursday was in the lobby of the Hilton or something weird like that...

Is the email with the bar code from esportsea.com? Because I got that email and it's the same page I get when I go to the Lanfest site and click on "Review Confirmation Email". Because if it is you might want to send out a second email because BYOC doesn't appear anywhere in the email. At first I thought it was just an email for the regular PAX sign-up not BYOC. Here's the full text of it:

BYOC Reg is now closed for 2011. Group seating is now closed as well (Since ill be busy with various things leading up to PAX...). I have 1 pending group seat request to take care of but no more new ones will be accepted at this point.

2. Can we modify existing group seating?
3. If we have old barcode stickers and whatnot on our equipment from previous PAXes, do we have to take them off?

At least for #1, same as for the normal badge will call.

1) contrefait answered you. Hours are like 10am to 8pm
2) Only to remove people
3) Yes, new barcodes will be applied.

I followed your directions and sent an email to the address that said "if you haven't received a barcoded email from lanfest, let us know". I'm looking for 2 barcoded emails (because I have two registrations) and I only received one.
