I may be biased, but if the bad guys have a vlad/mord/mundo, poppy is kinda good....as long as they don't pick zilean.

She is total badass. I dunno why more people dont use her. Maybe cause she is a little girl. I died 2 times in a 50 minute game.

Ignite lowers healing effects, but Spell Vamp and Life Steal are not healing effects. If you don't believe me go test it in game.
Also, Spell Vamp Vlad is good vs teams with bad CC, If you're stunning him with annie he is gonna pop like a balloon. You shouldn't get spell vamp vs heavy CC just like you shouldn't get Thornmail vs Veigar.
My favorite streamer to watch is Dyrus. For a couple of reasons. The main one is he is the best Singed player and watching him play Singed is fun. But he also isn't an asshole like most other high elo streamers.
The only problem is, he rarely ever streams. I'll see him playing games in other people's streams but he doesn't seem to stream.
Other than that, I love Bob for his advice, humbleness, and of course awesome music (Rent you are horrible). I also like Tree because of similar reasons.
But I'll watch nearly any stream. Even those with 10ish viewers. I'll be one of those viewers.

I dodged so many grenades and the single first one he landed on me ended up in a kill. He ended up with 10 kills, destroying the magewick I switched lanes with. Argghghghghghghghghghgh.

Ignite is a true damage dot. Never did I suggest that it affects spell vamp. What I said, is that it together with red buff, counters spell vamp vlad. It does. In other news: Dots more or less counter all kind of health regeneration. Go figure.
I go chalice, treads, Aegis as basic. Beyond that it depends. If there is tons of AP damage on their team I pick up BV, Abyssal, + GA
If it's tons of physical I like a sunfire and a GA.
I like GA on tanks
Edit: I think people underestimate the HUGE amount of armor thornmail gives you. And maybe Randuins would be really good on him if you popped it while your ult was going to keep people in range longer
Edit edit: I think you always end up getting BV on Galio sooner or later. Synergizes well and it gives you more health
I think you can. I don't think it would stop the channeling, but I would have to check.

Aperture Science would like to remind you that dragons are suitable test subjects and any burning sensations you may feel are an expected side effect of testing on suitable test subjects.
Ok, I can confirm. I checked with 'Yetis in Need' and did a test on both spellvamp and lifesteal.
Neither one are effected by ignite. Exact same numbers with ignite up as without. Totally not what I was expecting, but there you have it.
Edit: If I'd known we were making aperture science jokes, I would have been a lot more condescending during testing.
