    I've been making nachos grande with Cheetos hot fries things lately, because I keep forgetting to buy nachos when I go to the store. It's incredibly messy and unhealthy, but it's an interesting flavor.

    We recently restocked and expanded our spice rack. Everything tastes so good now.

    Cooked peanut butter and darkchoc flourless cookies..... and mistakenly used a 100deciliter cup instead of a cup measure (it was the biggest cup on ring of of tablespoon measures! I assumed!) I repaired it when i realized it was 90% choc-chips, but the mixing wasn't the best.

    Also made some nem nuong, and I had to grill it in a pan vs. on a BBQ. Some charring, but should be good.

    Hope my PBL group appreciates the effort!

    Glaze for the roast chicken tonight is smelling gorgeous, I keep being tempted to add more mustard and tabasco to spice it up a little more because it doesn't smell very spicy, but I'm pretty confident that it's going to taste good once it cooks.
