So I'm re-watching this episode and I'm struck by how cute Drogo and Dany are together. He's so scary looking but when she explains the iron throne he just leaves his forehead against hers for a second and smiles.
also, also, it too me until book 3 (so maybe i'm slow) to realize
that wights and Others are different things
and in the show, didn't they call Others like "White Walkers" or something?
probably because of Lost
Nah I don't think the distinction between Others and wights is something that is really obvious at first.
i didn't realize it until the Sam chapter in Book 3 where they attacked the Fist of the First Men and it was like "The wights came, and then the Others came"
i just thought they were all the same thing, that the Others were a race of undead people

It's freaking adorable.
i wonder if they'll separate any of the later books into multiple seasons
It was one of the few scenes that, when reading a book, I was starting to feel some lower bowel movements going on.
book 3 is considerably longer than the first two books. They will almost certainly need to split that one up.
Possibly 5 if what my friend told me is true that it's the longest book at 1700+ pages or so.
Storm of Swords is like eleventy billion pages so it could fill up 2 seasons.
I kind of want one.
But I feel like our shampoo bills would be ridiculous.
Something tells me Drogo doesn't spend all that much on shampoo
But...it looks so soft and pretty.
I felt that way when (book 2)
and in the show, didn't they call Others like "White Walkers" or something?
probably because of Lost
i just thought they were all the same thing, that the Others were a race of undead people
The wildlings are the Mavs.
It's hard, and nobody understands.

LOL... Brienne...
Ahahaha!
Oh sweet Jesus...
In the prologue, which is really the only reference to them for a long while, they don't really get into those kind of specifics.
I don't remember them being talked about in any meaningful detail until book 2.
blame Jalabar Xho, who i was googling
EDIT: @Sass.
