My brother's girlfriend seems to have gotten it on her work computer. Since there are her bosses files on the computer she can't just reinstall, but my brother lives 3000 miles away and my brother doesn't know enough about computers to start messing with registry stuff.

I managed to beat that virus once by just whacking ctrl-alt-del as fast as I could after bootup and shutting down any weird-looking executables. That bought me time to get into msconfig and turn off the exe that was starting it. Which didn't fix the problem entirely, obviously, but that was the exe that was blocking my other programs and after rebooting I was able to load up AVG and just scour that motherfucker from the face of my computer.
