In a single hit, yes. But even Gamzee couldn't bring the king down by himself. It was implied that the Jack/Vriska fight was more evenly matched than, really, anything we've seen so far, so I doubt it would come down to a single hit. And, I still think in terms of actual dueling, Vriska has a better chance of winning than Gamzee does.

They said that Gamzee did approximately the same amount of damage as Vriska and possibly more, but it was impossible to tell because Vriska struck the final blow, so most of her damage didn't actually go through since he didn't have enough health left to lose.
