Video card dead?

Okay so my power flickered early this evening and as a precaution I powered down my PC in case of loss of power.
Well when I tried to start it back up it wouldn't display anything, though I think it actually started fine, I tried power cycling once and then tried the onboard video output...
Well it displayed then but it was in the startup repair tool.
After that ran It started normally (except for a message about installing some PCI to PCI bridge or something?) but couldn't find my Geforce 460 in the device manager.
I ran the driver installer but it said it can't find any compatible hardware.
I'm really worried that I somehow fried my card.

So I guess my card got fried.
Time to start the RMA process.
I'm not really familiar with how to do this never have before, but I've filled out the form so I guess I wait for an email.
