When my childhood dog died, it made me sad. But it had been an accident. There was no one to be mad at, so I was very sad and got over it.

If I had been there and watched a police officer needlessly kill my dog, I think I would be in jail right now. Possibly assaulting an officer, hopefully manslaughter.
