I want to come. I've enjoyed the last couple girls' meetups. I'll be more likely to be able to attend if it doesn't require pre-payment though. I understand why prepaying is good, but I'm going to be on a super tight budget and would like the option of just getting something super small/cheap to eat.

Unfortunately, if we go with the Dillier Room that will not be an option since they are opening the restaurant early for us and are setting up a special set-price brunch buffet. However, if you wanted to eat before hand and just come for cocktails I'm sure that wouldn't be an issue.

Umm.... since it's brunch, have you guys considered the Sixth Avenue Inn, it's like 10-15mins from the WSTCC? I know a contact from there, and if you guys haven't finalized anything with Diller Room, I might be able to set a "special" brunch or discounted rate for us.^_^

I'm already in negotiations with the owner of the Diller Room and at this point they have offered to really go out of their way for us. However, I haven't been able to get a final price so if I don't hear back from him in the next few days I'll look into the 6th Ave Inn. Could you ask your friend for the contact information of whoever I should talk to and PM it to me?

Okay, just wanted to check in so you guys know that I didn't fall off the face of the planet. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, I haven't heard back from the owner of the Diller Room so I've messaged 6th Ave Inn about maybe moving it there. I'm sorry I don't have more solid details to give everyone, but I am working hard behind the scenes getting this worked out.

Also, I didn't think it needed to be said, but I have been asked this question more than once so I will put it out there. The PAX girls' meetup does not care about your genetic makeup or what is between your legs. As long as you are a GIRL you are welcome to attend. We do not discriminate, every gamer girl is welcome here.

Yay, I finally heard back from the owner of the Diller Room (he was on vacation and it turns out his first email to me didn't go through). PAX Girls' Meetup there is a go.

Tickets are going to be $16 + tax and gratuity (I'm waiting to hear back from the restaurant for exactly how much that will be and then tickets will go on sale). Included in the cost will be:

Buffet style brunch featuring:

Fritattas: plain, veg and meat
Bacon
Sausage
Fresh fruit plate
Pastries
Focaccia
Pizzas:mushroom , pepperoni , margehrita.
Fresh coffee

They are also offering us boozaholics $6 drink specials for Bloody Marys, Mimosas and Mornin'ritas (orange and strawberry margarita)
Pints of beer: $ 3.50
House Cab Sav or Chardonnay $ 3.50
