avatars are bigger, yes

80x80 instead of the 64x64 they used to be

you can upload an entire profile picture and crop it to your avatar (i.e., thumbnail), or you can just upload an avatar as normal

yeah, now that I actually look at the avatar thingy they have now...I don't you can use gifs as an avatar at all anymore

Well, this is all certainly a hell of a thing.

Blue dots and jumping to the last place I was reading in a thread need to be sussed out. They likely exist, but I haven't mucked around much. Also, I agree with Viv...there seems to be an awful lot of wasted space.

edit: Yea, signatures are freaking huge.
