I guess you didn't see the thread once made about how the mayor of that town tried to sue DC or Chris Nolan or something to get them to stop using Batman's name. It was basically a case of "I can get 15 minutes of fame if I do the following" infringement.
We are constantly spiralling into more terrible forum layouts until we just have randomly placed letters sprawled across the screen.
