OK, applying the Euler formula (the complex number one) we get from 80 - 20i a complex modulus of 20 * sqrt(17) or about 82.4631 and a phase of arctan(-1/4) or -0.245 radians or -14.04 degrees. So the complex price drop can be rewritten approximately as 82.4621125124 * e ^ (i * -0.244978663127). (Seriously, try it -- it simplifies to 80 - 20i more or less) And the imaginary part yields a complex modulus about 3.07764% larger than the original price drop.

So if the DaVinci scrolls are correct, we can find the secret Majora's Mask 3DS port at 14.04 degrees E, 3.0776 degrees S, which is somewhere in the Congo rain forest.
