Hello,
I'm popping into seatac on saturday for a wedding, and out promptly, if hungover, the next morning. any suggestions as to what hotel i should stay at? won't be in the room much, but i'd like a place i can feel safe leaving my stuff and wifi's preferable.

Is the wedding in Seattle, or in Seatac? And do you want to stay close to the wedding, or close to the airport?

Close to the airport. I would prefer to be closer to the wedding, but the wedding is in Seward Park. There's one hotel nearby, which is booked. I intend to be too drunk to drive, and will just be going airport->-hotel->wedding-> home, so it makes more sense to metro + cab from hotel than to rent a car, and if i'm cabbing around, I might as well be able to take a shuttle from airport to hotel.

Last time I was in Seattle I stayed at the Best Western Airport Executel and loved it for one reason : they have a free buffet breakfast the likes of which I've had to pay $20 for anywhere else. Basic continental stuff but also hot bar of eggs and breakfast meats, and, my favorite, a freaking waffle maker. I've traveled on business a lot and I've never seen this stuff for free before.

It's a basic hotel with free airport shuttle service otherwise. I've never really had a concern about any one hotel being safer than another for leaving stuff in the room. Not sure about the wifi -- they have a little computer lab near the lobby (which was always empty when I was there) so in-room connectivity may not be something they do.
