Video Card Advice

I am looking to upgrade however I am currently unable to decide what to pick.

My options:

or

It will be hooked up to a single 3D monitor (however not running 3D all the time).

If you have other advice I'd also take that but the main question is SLI 2 lower end vs 1 higher end card.

If you plan on SLIing the 580s in the future Id grab the 580. If you want maximum performance now, Id grab the 2 560s. Personally, I went with a single 570 with the intention of picking up another one should I need it down the line.
