You don't need the abyssal, it's conditional

if you're rofling everybody without any problems, grab a deathcap

you will equilibrate to the skill level of the people you play with

if all your friends were 2k allstars you would learn very quickly how to play

being at low elo is partly its own problem - if you don't need to do any of the stuff that is needed in higher level play, you won't ever learn it and when you do get there you will not be good enough

just play lots of normals with the better pa players in duo queue and you will be playing above your normal elo, as a combo of their elo + the duo queue effect, and you will get knocked around a lot but improve quickly

with merc treads, some mr blues and armour yellows, and your w you will be much tougher than your average anyway

but sometimes you will need defensive items, but the point is mainly that you've gone solo top and are fat as fuck anyway - morde loves that relative advantage

doubtful. either you would get carried and not learn anything, or you would lose horribly and not learn anything. large skill gaps on teams don't really benefit anyone.

You've only played 3 games with me. If I was Rumble, it's not my job to ward everything in sight, it's my job to murder anything that moves if I can. It's hard to tell how obvious I'm about to be ganked if I can't hear the warning to get back? The smartcast on Rumble's Ult is broken still, but I often don't have time to click and target it the regular way in a teamfight. If there's a runner, chances are I'm the only one that's going to catch them with a double harpoon which has stacks plus the Rylai's slow.

Depends who I'm playing, but yeah I do that from time to time. Especially if it's my last slot and I'm sitting on a bunch of gold, but not enough to buy something good for that slot (like waiting for a BF or the like). Let people know these are the last wards I'm going to have space for, so let's make them count.

To the people who are complaining about being at low Elo, but so great because they can hold their solo top lane and get good CS's and know how to focus but their teams are just so stupid, and they know the enemies are dumb and overagressive but they get fed so they can do it anyway, and all that good stuff: If you want to advance and prove that you're as good as you say, try playing Nasus.

Why Nasus? Quite a few reasons:

1. He makes last hitting far more potent than most people. If you're getting into a game where your only way to pull ahead is last hits, pick the guy who gets a rather significant extra bonus on each last is a great advantage.

2. He pushes towers like you wouldn't believe. 400 hits on a tower every few seconds is just sickeningly fast pushing, and even a Q with 30 bonus damage and rank 3 is still an OK whack on the tower if you're pushed early.

3. He makes your teammates better because of his armor reduction; if they're the kind of idiots who play squishy physical carries, the -40 armor is huge.

4. His wither, especially with CDR, nearly removes enemy carries from the game. Yeah, it's not quite as good as a snare for letting your team kill them or preventing escapes, but if you're at the low level where the enemy doesn't recognize they're now extremely slow and can barely autoattack, you've basically shut down one carry while you murder another.

5. His ult dominates overaggressive players, especially in the lane, where popping it can give you an extra 50 or so damage when your base damage is only maybe 80.

He's also fun to play, though he usually requires solo top. I'm not going to say he's amazing at all Elos, but he's got quite a dominant toolkit for beating down disorganized teams filled with overaggressive AD carries that don't work together to kite your ass.

No, the worst feeling is being in a 4v5 then watching your team feed the first 15 kills. It's going to be a long, shitty game, and your feeders will ABSOLUTELY NOT surrender a 4v5.

I can't afford to not carefully target Rumble's ultimate in teamfights. The difference between an ult that only deals initial damage and a full duration is 3x more damage; that's more than an entire cycle of his other abilities. It's not like he's a particularly technical champion either, taking a ton of concentration during combat. You just press Q, W, and do two skillshots every 10 seconds and you're golden.

So, just lost a game that was basically done. The opposing team had tried surrendering three times. We had them on the ropes and had gotten Mid cleared down to their Inhibitor and the other two lanes down to their Inner Turret. But then we had no more minions to push, and one of us had died. I suggested we do Baron. Nope... team wanted to keep pushing and die to the respawns.

Then we got there again, and there was only one of their champions left up. I ping Baron again. We got this. Nope... team instead kept pushing, made sure to walk out of my Monsoon when they were low health and Amumu went back to jungling at lvl 17.

Guess what happens when instead of getting the Baron buff and doing a final push they once again all fall back, this time to take care of a single Poppy that hasn't even destroyed an Outer Turret? The opposing team gets the buff instead and pushes our shit in, all the way to the Nexus turrets. We fend them off, hold our own and Baron respawns. I try one last time to ping Baron, while the enemy team all have respawn timers. Ignored once again, although at this point I'm so frustrated that I start raging.

Then the opposing team goes ahead and kills Baron once more, and finishes the game. I... I just... I don't even. Shoot me now.

but in the PC Gamer skin it looks like her gun is just a solid block of wood with a barrel and a clip jammed in there and it bothers me

In other matters, I ran a round as Malphite earlier. Ended in defeat, but the early game I felt pretty godlike, minus that stupid Akali being all invisibubble constantly. Late game I seemed to have lost my tankyness. Util tree, MPen reds, Armor Yellows, MR Blues, Fort Quint. Philo, Heart of Gold, Merc Treads, Frozen Heart, Banshee.

If you had the PCG Skin code, you didn't have to buy Cait. You enter the code, you get her for free.
