He's a finance and crypto nerd and interested in how those things play off each other and how those themes interacted in the past. I don't know that he's an actual gold bug or not, but I guess if you're going to talk about the evolution of finance under Isaac Newton you need to talk about gold, and if you want to talk about the future of finance and taxation, you need to talk about crypto.
Mori linked buttcoin.org and I was having a laugh.
whorishly delicious
That header is very handsome. Is that an actual font, with the color spilling outside the border, or is it handdrawn?

And Airplane went up on Netflix last night. Know what I'm gonna be watching.
It's probably my favorite of his since I haven't had to sit through it a billion fucking times.
You could probably do something like that with a webfont and text-shadow properties.
Can't say I've read a lot about the gritty details, but I'd guess you keep your bitcoins with brokers that let you pay .01 bitcoins, redeemable for dollahs.
dude, we don't need to be let in on your private "pulling a muscle" time
The bitcoin engine allows denominations down to eight decimal places.
It's been on a steady decline since June.
Hope I didn't tear it.
........wow. He's better make like that guy who parachuted into the middle of that boxing fight and head for Alaska to hide.
He doesn't really portray that as a good idea though. A common theme of his books is how the poor are really getting screwed and this is a bad thing.
