I'd be at Boston8Bit at that time. I also think one day is kind of inadequate since there are people who are going to be switching costumes from day to day. I know I'm considering doing different things on different days now. I personally think if people are going to be meeting near the main entrance/ lobby why not meet in the mornings around the queue area, that way it doesn't interfere with the panels people want to go to? There probably isn't going to be something that will uniformly work for everyone during the day/ weekend.

That would work better for me as I am only costuming on Saturday.
I know that I'm prouder of my Spartan cosplay than any of the others I made. The ME ones are cool. But I put the most work into the Spartan one, and will be wearing it saturday.

also, I did a test run of my mirror's edge tattoo this weekend:
verdict: pretty good, although a little shiny and too small. I'll print it on two sheets for PAX and that way it will be bigger. also plan to try covering it with makeup powder to decrease the shine.
great suggestion though on the make your own tattoo paper. will save me tons of time not to have to draw it!!

12:30 in the lobby (near the main entrance) You'll know where to go if you just look for the people in costume!
I would still like to get an idea of how many people are going to meet for this, so please reply in this thread to confirm you will come by for photos and fun!
Remember, there are no requirements for what kind of costume you wear, this meet up is for everyone and anyone who is cosplaying on Friday!!!

I agree that we should meet on both Friday and Saturday. But I see there's a lot of back and forth on the time...
How about we meet first thing on Friday and then figure it out from there?
So 10AM on Friday right by the entrance. And if people would still like to meet at 12:30, I can be there

There are a number of cosplaying events happening this year that have to do with specific studios/games, but I want to give people who do not fall into those categories a place to meet up and shine! There are always awesome cosplays at PAX who don't fit the mold, and this will be your opportunity to show off your craftsmanship, and get some photos!

It doesn't crack, but it does make it a LOT easier to tell it's fake. I'll have to remember to keep it straight for pictures!!

I have a toy blaster for my power ranger suit. If I put the blaster in my bag that gets checked on the plane... Is that going to be a problem? Should I tell the airline company when I am checking in that it is there?
And also... Will I have a problem getting trough security with my helmet? I want to carry that on the plane with me.
