That was a pretty good season finale, but I'm glad they have another 13 episodes to wrap things up.
I'm not sure if they were trying for a Star Trek 2 parallel, but the way things were going, I really expected Bell to ask Walter for the Genesis device at some point.

I thought of nothing else when
Bell said "old friend".
Which I appreciate is a tenuous association at best but I laughed.
Here's to 13 more.

Tonight! I'll be sad to see it go, but battling an invasion of bald, well-dressed time travellers in the not-too-distant future seems like a good way to go out.

I hope Jasika Nicole gets picked up something else after this because goddamn
I didn't think the most recent episode was all that great, except for the last minute or so. He'd better keep wearing those for the rest of the series.

I'm betting the Observers can de-age the loyalist and get a report from him.

They'd better not.
Astrid's all alone in the lab while everyone else is off on a family road trip. If she gets caught, she might wind up hanging out with Simon

Started this a couple weeks ago, loved the first season.
Especially love how they've handled the developing plot arc with the
multiple dimensions
and such. I've heard that becomes the entire focus of the show - is that for better or worse? ;D
Walter is so tragic to watch at times. There's been a few times where he snarls like a total fucking psychopath, and it's like seeing what he must have been like before he was institutionalized. It's weird to think that as a broken man he's probably a better person. :<
Dark Raven X, I'm assuming you've finished the first season, otherwise don't read the spoiler:
Don't worry, they can always go to an alternate universe and get a spare Charlie!
As regarding the focus of the show: it will stick by that for the next few seasons and it will be very cool. And if you think Walter has signs of psychopathy now, just wait.
Multiple universe was the best thing Fringe did after casting John Noble. Like, I like all the casting quite a lot (even Anna Torv grew on me) but John Noble is crazybananapants awesome.
+1

Holy shit did stuff get real in the latest episode. Talk about not pulling any punches.
Oh man, this show is still happening? I stopped watching near the end of the last season and then completely forgot about it. And now I can't even remember what was happening when I stopped watching (or, for that matter, why I stopped). Skimming the comments in this thread, it sounds like the new season is pretty good, so I guess I should get caught up.

I wasn't a big fan of the way Jones died. Hopefully next week they'll explain exactly what sort of game Bell's playing.

So they jump us to the future then jump us back. Very frustrating.

That interrogation scene was creepy as hell and also awesome
You could really tell when their budget was running low when they just tell us the universes are colliding and don't show any effects of it

I'm afraid to click that spoiler. I'm not sure I want to know. I'll just keep trying to fuck everything. -- trentsteel
I'd say 'Community', but that's probably off after this year too.
