How do dragons react to modern substances like, say, Sarin, Mustard Gas and other such substances? If one had the need to exterminate a dragonic lair, and wouldn't be willing to risk a physical confrontation, one might expect lobbing a few canisters in and waiting for a while to suffice. That is, unless the dragonic physiology differs greatly from every other known living being on this earth.
Honestly, we've never tried and i hope this practice keeps up. However, theoretically, it woudl work just as well if you adjust for size, except likely on the dragons that already spew toxins, such as forest dragons. However, typically liars have more then one entry and exit, and most dragons have powerful wings and may be able to force out the gas with some effort. So, while it might work, there is a lot of factors to consider before deploying this war crime.
Giving you a stern look,
