BTW, I will lay now out my policy regarding unanswered msgs. As with most players, I consider a non-response, at least, an unfriendly "reply" and will act accordingly. Even unfriendly answered msgs are better than silence, I believe.

Just as an aside, Stever777's public announce can pretty much be taken as my stance as well. The historical reason why that policy comes into effect is simply because in online/email diplomacy, those who don't answer back are much more likely to drop out of the game without warning. It is simply a matter of self defense to not try to work with those type of players.
I'm not saying anyone in this game will drop out, simply giving the reason why most online diplomacy players feel that way.

I didn't personally look because I'm not the game creator. I do believe, however, that the game can't be paused. My best solution is for everyone to NMR for this season and the next, which would give you another week and not change the board; essentially 1902 would be a wash.
i'm cool with having this season just not go through.
as much as I'd like the game to move along quickly, technical difficulties are understandable.

Alright, I've canceled my orders. Let's hope that the game doesn't automatically delete itself or anything. Actually, it might be a good idea for everyone to include some orders that don't do anything just in case.
