It's not censored on DVD.

So when I started watching S4 along side y'all colonials, I was sorta surprised at the censoring.

It's a joke, he knows that's Bryan Cranston but there's such a disconnection for him seeing as he never saw one episode of Malcolm in the Middle.

That clip was the first scene of the show he'd ever watched.

The security footage is sent to Pollos Hermanos directly. Since it's discovered that Gus is a big meth guy, maybe the DEA will check the restaurant. I could see Hank looking over the videos and seeing Walt and Jesse burn the place down.

I'm 90% sure the new partner will either die (maybe at the hands of the cartel assassins?) or be arrested. There's no way the series allows Walt to be happy. And they've never missed a chance to give viewers a punch in the gut.
