I've been playing a ton of Warwick on Dominion because him and Teemo are the only champs I can consistently do well and win with. As Warwick I just kind of laugh at Poppy because I go full tank for the first half the match and can easily kill her.
Warwick is a good counter to a lot of popular Dominion bursty types.

I was using my utility masteries, but I'll try him again with my defense masteries
I didn't really know what to go with itemwise, and I had money problems so by the end of the match I only had merc treads, odyn's veil, and randuin's omen
since amumu can def use garrison well
