I had some decent success in double battles with a Water Absorb Vaporeon and a Surfing Nidoking.
I assume it works even better with a Sheer Force Nidoking and a Jellicent to help cover up his Psychic weakness. I think think that will be a thing to try in the Subway after I finish my playthrough.

if it has+6 attack and is holding a metronome and has a partner with flower gift and is using the fifth hit of rollout on a ledyba with -6 defense
or something similarly insane
