Technically, I believe it'd be @flatline since he started the topic.
you're absolutely correct. I wonder if @flatline is still following the thread

Ah, PPD is pre-pax dinner not post-pax-dinner. I won't be making that one, it sold out on me
Also, Enforcers- I added a flag for you in the RSVP link since a few Enforcers contacted me and mentioned that they'd like to come, but the schedules haven't been released yet. Checking that will let me know that you're tentative, and why

Putting order information here at the end of the thread so people have access to it:
2) Include your name, e-mail address, billing address, and shipping address. You may also optionally include a phone number in case we need to contact you.
3) How many coins do you want to order? (up to 5)
4) Do you want it shipped or "will call" (picked up at PAX)? We will not be able to ship internationally, so pick Will Call or find a friend in the US who might be able to accept it for you.
As a note, if you pick will call, some of the information in 2 will be on a list so we can make sure to get the coins to the proper people in a timely fashion.
Once we have the coins, we will be sending out invoices IN THE ORDER REQUESTS WERE RECEIVED. The invoice will allow you to have a receipt of your order and will include details on how to pay (Paypal or Wepay, but I will try to work something out if that's not possible).
Getting these requests in now will allow us to organize the dispositions of the coins and figure out how much Will Call support we're going to need. I would prefer will call personally.

I really think what defines the community coin is not the edges, or the subject material (which is still important). It's the tradition and the group input. I'm just doing my best to make sure we keep the tradition alive and accessible for as many people as possible.

I will make it arrive in time with the power of my mind. Unfortunately, my avatar indicates I am stupid, so do not expect too much.

Nope, it's just an event organized by a Will Call volunteer that is being set up for specifically for people to get together. Will Call volunteers are going to be at a lot of different events, like the MMT, Pre-Pax Dinner, Pokecrawl, BYOC, and more. They will also work with you to find a spot to meet up if you'd prefer that. Maybe even drop the coins by your hotel if you're nearby (Westin, I'm looking at you). If you want to set something up, feel free to PM one of the volunteers. Also, once the invoices shake out a bit, we're going to mail all of the Will Call people with more information.

Like Karma said, it's just something I'm organizing as a way to get your coins
But for instance, I'll be in Freeplay Saturday from 7-8 pm, and I'll be at the Pokecrawl (Team unknown at this time) on Thursday night, and I'll be in and out of BYOC all weekend... plus several other times and locations all of which haven't been determined.

Yes, to double confirm, this lunch (Which is not the other lunch) is on Friday (AKA during pax itself).

I'm pretty sure that people that pay promptly will get it well before PAX.

Let me just say that I got more promptness and professionalism from Karma than I do from most major online retailers..
I'm an Enforcer who likes to spend waaaay too much time working, so I'll figure out how to find someone at some point.
I'm trying hard because I don't want to let anyone down. Most businesses today really aren't that concerned about anything beyond the $. That's what makes all these PAX projects so great, we do it because we care.

@Joedel263, when you know your schedule, let me know via PM. I will be in BYOC in and out all day, so I might be able to ask BigRed to drop it off with you, or another enforcer is attending the Coin Lunch, and can route it through them if it's really difficult- but if you let me know where you're scheduled, I can probably drop it off with you too. This is my third PAX East, so I have a lot less of the "OMG I MUST SEE EVERYTHING!!" and a lot more of the "Play as many games as I can" which inherently makes it a little easier for me
But let me know, and I'll work with you! Enforcing is serious business, and I'm quite willing to go the extra mile to get Enforcers their coins (Not that I won't go damned far for everyone else too, I just know you guys have a harder time scheduling a time to grab it!)

May want to read this: http://www.wrdw.com/home/headlines/News_12_On_Your_Side_BBB_Warns_Military-_US_Challenge_Coins_140946223.html
Hi Jason. We have used USCC in the past, and had good experiences, however it appears that they are no longer able to handle our orders, and so this year we have found a new supplier, Phoenix Challenge Coins. As I understand it, Karmacappa has coins in hand, so our new supplier seems to have come through with flying colors.
Damn. I think I'm the only one bothered by this so far though, so that's good.

As to USCC, yeah, they're behind on their orders. Eric was previously employed by USCC handling the custom minting and handled most of our previous work there, so it was nice that we were able to keep working with him. He got us a really good price on this run, considering that the guy in the article spent about $8.90 a coin, which is also about the price we got from NWTM. It's also fortunate because he has a pretty good idea of what we want from our coins and was able to get the artwork right as quickly as possible. If we went with a completely new person, we'd probably have to spend a few weeks just getting the typeface and rim correct...

I'll be at the PokeCrawl, team Totodile Gold, maybe at the freedom trail and also definitely at at least the first Omegathon round.
How many coins did you order? I'm selling some of my spares for Child's Play at Pax itself. Probably for slightly more, but based on your situation I can do it for the normal coin price
