I can answer that question for you, Dover; the answer is yes, sort of. Streaks in MW3 are based upon points. And everything you do generates points. People like to say that "kill streaks stack" in MW3, but that's not completely accurate. The kills you generate from streaks do grant you points, though, and those points push your streaks along. It's confirmed that streaks recycle now, too, so if you're running something like Spy Plane, Counter Spy Plane, Napalm (3,4,5) from Black Ops, and you stay alive for 8,9,10+ kills, you'll earn those streaks a second time, without having to die in between.
So yes, your streaks will reset after you earn the Attack Helicopter. And if you can earn 5 (or 4, with Hardline) more kills without dying, you'll earn yourself another Predator. Again, it's important to mention that I'm saying you need "kills" just because I'm so accustomed to using that terminology; in reality, it's the points those kills generate that will push your streaks along. You don't necessarily have to get 5 (or 4, with Hardline) more kills to get another Predator out: you could capture a few objectives, knock down some enemy air support (shoot those fucking UAVs down, man, it's free points!), plant / defuse a bomb, etc.
But, yeah. That streak setup is extraordinarily consistent. That's why I plan to run it. Keep in mind that what we're expecting from MW3, however, is an abundance of Blind Eye and Assassin. With those two perks active, this streak setup (in fact, most streak setups) are rendered fairly impotent: it's hard to hit anybody with a Predator if there's no red box around the enemy team, for example, and the attack helicopter won't fire on anyone with Blind Eye.

Thats still pretty high up there IMO, I feel like they should be a bit less seeing as you'd need to cap 8 points or have 16 assists with hardline to get it and that seems a bit high.
Also I don't believe care packages give you kills towards your streak as they:
"Care Package: Airdrop a random point streak or ammo."
Because its a different streak it won't count towards your assault streak unless IW borked it which wouldn't surprise me.
I feel pretty certain that you'll be able to push your streaks forward with the stuff you get from Care Packages, because everything's based on points.
Everything you do gets you points, including kills.
They might've re-done the Pavelow to be more "srs bsnz." Alternately, maybe it's harder to take down air-support so the armored Pavelow is now even better? Who knows. This is IW...
Side-note: I'm struggling to stick with W@W to get another prestige token. That game, like a lot of CoD, is either miserablesuckassfuckshit or it's awesome fun. I think my problem is that the guns/gun-play in W@W is hooooooooooooorrible.

Also does the "Raper Drone" have the ability to be shot down? If so does it end the killstreak and the person gets no more missiles? Or if you kill the person [after they fire off one missile] do they no longer get any more missiles?
That wouldn't be so terribad then, I still think CP points wont count towards your overall point streak though. Something stupid would come from that, and like you said, IW qould just have to patch it out anyways.

God I will be so happy to have the Stealth Bomber again.
Done it with a pred missile before, called it in and just had the angle on it right as it got called in and I knocked it out right as it fired the first 120mm. Never done it with a UAV/CUAV though, I suppose if you flooded the area with them then you could make it happen seeing as they fly on the same path.
I've also threaded a pred through a harrier/pavlow and taken both of them out and still hit the four people under them, it was like the fist of god came down to punish those assholes. :winky:

So, hang on. With the support package :winky: you can call in a recon drone, and everyone you tag gives you a point? So you could fly around tagging and get like a billion points that way, eventually coming back around to the recon drone again? Also I think it's cool when you get tagged by the drone it's like you got flashbanged.
Also when playing Kill Confirmed, do you get 1 point for the kill and 1 point for the dogtag pickup? And by points I mean "killstreak" points, not points for your team.
