Looking around and I just can't find a good Windows Media Center remote out there. There are some questionable ones out there and I don't want to get stuck with something that will flake out on me and have to buy something else.
Needs to be remote control-ish in operation. I have a wireless Media Center keyboard/trackpad. I need this so my wife can operate Media Center easily as it's a little clunky with mouse/keyboard operation.
I would prefer an RF option as it will need to be used in 2 rooms, but I also have an IR receiver/blaster I can use to serve the same purpose.

I use a second receiver of the same brand for my main pc and have it hooked up to my cheap harmony remote. This controls Win7 media center/media browser just fine. No messing with event ghost or anything.
Wish I could find the exact model but compusa doesn't seem to carry it anymore.
