random encounters part two

came across a narrow chasm with only a fallen tree creating a bridge to cross it. There is a female bandit on the tree, just hanging out. Turns out, this is her tree bridge, and she loves it very much, and when I got close she was like "DON'T COME ANY CLOSER"

and then I did and she started shooting at me, and I FOOSED her off the tree, and laughed at her.

I'm out on the tundra, coming up on mammoths and giants. both plural. There is this old guy sitting down. I approach him, keeping an eye on the death machines grazing, and he says "Good day to die, hrrmm?"

Thinking he's about to attack, I jump back and draw my bow.

He screams and runs.... at the mammoths. The giant kills him.

It's this cliff with a waterfall, with a rock hanging over the edge. It looks like something you can jump off and there's a deep pool of water at the foot of the cliff so it shouldn't hurt. So I jumped off Bard's leap and as I get out of the water I see the ghost of a bard. It's the ghost of the Bard that Bard's Leap was named after. Apparently leaping off Bard's Leap didn't end very well for him. As a reward for this impressive feat of cliff jumping, the bard played a song for me that raised my speech skill before disappearing.

I was headed to Snow Veil Sanctum when I found some drunk revelers near the road. I don't know why they decided to drunken revel way outside town in a super deadly spot, and as I talked to this guy a snow bear that was chasing me came up and mauled his friends. woops!

It's kinda just bouncing around on the ground there now.

I have played a disgusting amount of this game.

I maxed out smithing and am working on enchanting. The stuff I can make is actually.. kind of better than anything else I am finding. I don't like the way the dragon armor looks at all though, I have basically been crafting dragon plate armor and selling it to make money, though nobody I've found really has enough money for it unless I buy a bunch of stuff from them first.

Also Ubik, re: dragons, there are frost dragons I have run into. They are hard.

Also I am a goddamn whirling avatar of death sometimes, but then I get overconfident and meet an early grave.

Yeah frost fucks my shit up like nothing else, being a redguard. Can't move and then I just die horribly.

Also I was going to get a house in Markarth, but I wanted to go ahead and buy the house in white run anyway because I just spent SO much time there, shoving my shit into every barrel in the city. So I wanted to support them. It is empty though and I need to figure out how to make it not empty. Also I love giving my companions weapons and armors that I have improved the hell out of.

Also also, I bought a dog a while back and I made it just wait in the companions hall and then the game said it went home (before I bought the house)
