I figured you were going to do that (or alternatively play the card that raises your Conquest value for figures on it). Thankfully, Tzeentch's play makes me less likely to kick myself in the foot for not blocking up the second Bretonnia slot when I had the chance.
...Crap. 23 + 3 + 4 (TC Ruiners) + 15 (Bret Ruin/1st) + 5 (Bret Dom) = 50. That's no good. I was planning on having a buffer turn in case Norsca didn't end up ruining this round...

So if no-one else plays cultists to Norsca, Tzeentch is forced to put his last 2 cultists in the region to ensure it ruins because Dark Elves will be removing 1 cultist before it can place down corruption.
Y'know, I am genuinely unsure who's going to come out ahead in all of this. This could get exciting.

Haha, I also have no clue. Too damn many variables. It is very exciting. There is, however, one thing of which I am completely certain: if the game goes another round, Khorne wins.

Damnit Tzeentch, I hate you so much for that Convocation. I was seriously considering dropping a Bloodletter into Bretonnia considering just how vulnerable Slaanesh is to disruption, but there's no way I can justify it.

I get antsy when I have less than 5 battle dice in a region, I'm sure you'll understand.
Hmm... I'm getting the feeling this game may come down to "Who's pissed me off more this game," in which case I don't see myself faring too well...

Well you did also threaten my 1st place in Troll Country so it's less a matter of "pissed me off" and more a matter of "directly threatening my interests".
But, as a confession, not pissing off Slaanesh was one of my considerations against a Bloodletter in Bretonnia, yes. I'd like to think that of all the Gods, Slaanesh has been the one I haven't actively pissed off this entire game. Hell, he even gave me noble tokens!

Hooray, Operation Khorne Appeasement was successful! Actually, I think I already said earlier this game that I make a point of not deliberately getting Khorne pissed at me. That's why I haven't stolen any of his cultists or tried to take a ruination from him. The Noble token drop in TC was partially for that reason, but also because in such a tight game I didn't want any more attention focused on Bretonnia. And I wanted multiple regions available to score with Rapturous Excess in case one got completely blocked before I had a turn.

I should probably save most of the explanations for after the game, but unless you roll extraordinarily poorly or you don't take the Bloodletter upgrade because you think it's broken or something, you should win next round. If TC ruins, you'll be in the high 30s or low 40s, and if not you'll just score huge off it in Round 5. Add in the kill points and it just gets nutty.
Edit: It would take a miracle for TC to not ruin this round. So in that case just Bloodbath whichever region is left standing before you pile in. :P

This. I had resolved before the game that I'm not taking the obviously broken upgrade regardless of whether it'll help me win or not. My next upgrades are Bloodthirster and Bloodsworn since Crimson Tide is fairly useless as an upgrade.

Alternatively he forces my hand into doing something I wasn't really planning or wanting to do.
Namely, committing 7 battle dice to Troll Country.

Yea, not getting first in 2 regions my ass...
You could spend all your PP summoning 3 warriors to TC to snap up 3 cultists to go with your 1.
And then Tzeentch could play his Changer to Bretonnia.
See? Everyone gets to be happy!
