My dad shipped me the LE version of the game as a gift for my bday last year so I figured eh why not and just bought the Porsche pack for $15, it's downloading now, hoping I didn't make a mistake. Was surprised it was only 350 or so megs....
edit - side not, for not playing in months and having the limited edition I was disappointed to not have a single gifted car from Turn10 waiting for me, i thought that was gonna be one of the perks of the LE :\

I tried racing people's ghosts and I just...I can't even beat my own ghost. I ran about 20 laps of Infineon with the Volvo (can't do it with Rossion against S class cars cuz I'm retard helmeting it). Apparently I'm just stuck in the 1:54s.
I give up until I get my wheel for my birthday. Then when I can re-learn the game I'll try not to suck so hard.
Fender, I noticed you tuned the Rossion with 130% braking pressure. That's something you do for controllers, right? I shouldn't do that with a set of pedals, right?
You're in luck, I just ran my Rossion at Infineon, it was STUPID fast, about 2 seconds fast than my merc. This track seems to be a high downforce track, so I think the Rossion has a natural advantage.
The señor dos is running about 1:48.4 and up. It doesn't have the balls to get up those uphill sections.
The weird angles on the turns and the fact that they're all just stupidly different in terms of elevation means that any time you go over a hill your car is going to go "LOL I'M A PLANE" and your tires will hate you.
This track is going to be terrifying with 16 people on it. The high speeds on the back "straight" and the narrowness of the track is going to result in a lot of rage.
ehh, that's a personal preference, you can change the pressure and balance to your liking.
On a different note, just saying this to throw it out there, but the 'Fender is a robot' shit is getting old. If you want an in depth explanation for the reasoning you can talk to me about it.

Also too, thanks for keeping me in the group as well, it's rather interesting to watch how people join, flood the garage with cars, then get the boot.
I did. My E30 seems to be a fan of randomly having the livery not work/take bits and pieces of other people's liveries and display them randomly.
Right now my SC Cali is running 1:42 flat, and could drop into high 1:40s if I could manage to string together the laps where I actually didn't screw up any section of the track. Consistent splits of -.484 just before the sweeper, +.849 after the first hairpin and then +/-.07 across the line are controller throwingly frustrating.
TC Lanica is pulling in relatively consistent low-to-flat 1:50s (though pushing it through some of those turns is not going to be advisable in a long-term situation). Until I see some more times from people I'll be racing against (aka not Scat or Groove) I'm gonna just call those good enough.
EDIT: Ah yes, I also was gifted a 360CS from HTKeenan. A VIP thing maybe?
