so I saw this yesterday and it was fantastic

I laughed and I also almost cried a couple of times

it makes me sad that this film is getting almost no attention and is probably going to end up a huge box office flop (it's only made $29m so far in its two weeks of release and cost "less than $150m to produce")

unless it somehow manages to beat out tin tin for the film people bring their kids to over the holidays, but that seems unlikely given the poor advertising this got and the excellent advertising tin tin is getting and the 200 million it's already made overseas

edit: oh and the muppets will still be in theaters of course

I saw this movie in 2D, having never even heard of it, and it was the best movie I've seen all year. I have been recommending it to everyone I know.
