Permanantly Save Videos?

Is there a way to permanently save justin/twitch.tv videos to hard disk, or find the cached data and make it no longer temporary? Such that if my browser crashes or I need to restart my computer I don't need to use large amounts of bandwidth and time downloading them again.

    there's a number of video downloader Firefox extensions that'll do this for you, not sure if I'm allowed to name them here but suffice to say well chosen terms into Google should hook you up on this one.
