I used to watch a lot of cheesy old movies when I couldn't sleep, and then parts come back to me and I can't remember the name. All I remember in this one is a scene were a woman meets her boyfriend, who has turned into a zombie and is with a bunch of other zombies chomping on brains.
He pleads with his girlfriend to let him nibble on her brain a little. She says something like "ok, just a little."
