but we never had a dedicated thread to center all synergy-based co-op activity before. this here's where we'll hammer out times and get our crowbars on.

what you will need:

Synergy

Half-Life 2

you may want to install the various episodes and whatnot, depending on if we finish the main game.

ALSO: after installing HL2, you'll need to boot up HL2 and then exit it in order for synergy to properly recognize the game files. this step is IMPORTANT.

i got that when i tried to add you from your page in firefox. it probably has to do with not being logged into the steam community website.

then i added you through steam and it worked fine.

Edit: If anyone is still interested, the server is still up.

server was up for like 6 hours, saw some good activity - last checked, we were at nova prospekt

but me? i was AFK watching some 400 minute long miniseries with my family :\

hope folks had fun in my absence, next time we do it i promise to be present.

That's what I tried. It told me the server wasn't responding. Then again, I was using the Steam overlay, not the actual server browser on account of not having CHB as a Steam friend.
