Here's the newest champion, coming soon, Viktor, The Machine Herald:

He seems to be a heavy utility based Mage character, capable of shielding himself with the health of his enemies, he also possesses an AoE stun, a death laser, and a pet black hole. He also starts with a unique item called The Hex Core in one of his item slots, which cannot be sold, but it can be upgraded at the shop (for free) and will provide bonus stats and enhance one of his basic abilities.
Because all we know about him had to be teased out of the in-game files, here's a really choppy video of what his skills look like!
The latest champion to actually see release is Ahri, The Nine-Tailed Fox. She's based on the Korean mythical creature, and was released at the same time world-wide to celebrate the grand opening of the new Korean Servers:

She's a very mobile Assassin Mage character, who can quickly move in and out of fights, picking off key enemies and able to deal a lot of AoE damage during a teamfight. She relies on her 3 dash ult to position herself to maximize her damage and chase fleeing enemies. Additionally, Ahri can charm a member of the opposing team, forcing them to slowly walk towards her while helpless for a few seconds.
She's pretty fun! When you get the chance, try her out. Now all she needs is a God Tier/Witch of Space skin and everything would be perfect.

Le Blanc is damn tough to solo against as Fizz. Fortunately I had a good team and she was the only good one on their team, so they surrendered right at 20:00

yeah leblanc is basically like the trump card for laning phase
she has a really weird power curve...most characters get better as the game goes on, but she doesn't, since all of her damage is single target and she can already instantly kill someone early game. so relative to everyone else she starts off ridiculously strong and then ends up doing very little (unless she got absolutely ridiculously fed, which has been known to happen)

Oh, I know, but Phreak has said recently that they want to focus on champions as they get changes, like Gangplank got his because they re-did his model and animations.

everything's stretched (might be because of my monitor, but my icons look like shit esp. the inventory), there's a ton of UI taking up screen space for no reason, the tooltips aren't structured well to immediately show useful information, the shop has like 2 inches of space to show you upgrade paths etc. also the keybinding options are pretty bad (no ~ bind, hero focus requires double tap and is slow)
i mean i know it's a beta but i really hope they work on it
also i don't even know how i got into the beta, i didn't get an email and my brother supposedly didn't get one either, not sure if i even have invites to give out

yeah the pole dodging things that are already in transit is really fucking stupid and is the best advantage fizz has in that matchup
she is under no obligation to try to kill you, she can just run at you to be threatening while last hitting
fizz has to pay full attention the entire time and can't fuck up at all or he dies
