Quick iPad help needed - deleting Saved Photos via iTunes or the iPad or whatever.

Hey, so I can't seem to figure out how to just completely dump all the Saved Photos from my iPad. I have it connected in iTunes. I don't see any way to either import them to iTunes, or to delete them, or to manage them in any way.

This is an iPad 1 running the latest iOS and connected to the latest version of iTunes. I have thousands of Saved Photos at this point so manually deleting them is just not a feasible option.

    Nevermind, I got it to work via Windows Explorer. It wasn't allowing me to delete the photos directly before.
