someone mentioned the Aeropress in the last chat

i got one for christmas. it is so good. it gets rid of so much bitterness and unpleasantness that it's basically like cheating. i think the coffee my girlfriend bought isn't great, though, since the flavour isn't nearly as strong as the first Aeropress-made coffee I had.

Using a bunch of layers is always the correct thing because it makes correcting errors not impossible/less time consuming, when you do more advanced things at least.
