Head, torso, two arms, two legs, hands and feet, even reasonably human facial features from what you can see through their masks.

I know for a fact that you run into the Chevin at some point in the Old Republic, which, judging by what you consider to be 'human-like' are still pretty out there. Oh, and you meet some Gran too and there are some Kubaz as well. And I'm pretty sure that's just in the beginning areas.
