I believe that's 3 DAC as the Resistance in The Badlands is 0; if I'm wrong then I have an alternative place I'd like to put this.
Umm, you only get DAC's by dominating Skaven regions, so only 2 for you.
With the new skaven token in the Border Princes due to Screaming Bell, that is 3 regions with skaven tokens (plus tilea and the badlands). So 3 DACs. The rat has 2 different cards to place new skaven tokens (6 cards in total). The upside of this is that the peasants get to have a hearty meal of rat meat this round.

Sorry guys, I won't be home 'til late tonight, so I can't do a full update until then. TC is ruined, Nurgle has to remove a corruption somewhere, HR needs to choose a victim in Tilea, and everyone other than Nurgle gets an upgrade. Once again, it's totally cool if you'd like to wait for an update before making your choice(s).

I think that they will Leap, and leap they shall, to Bretonnia.. I'm feeling confident that my strategy will work.
I will take the Clan Rat upgrade please:
"Clan Rats - When you summon a Clan Rat into a region where you do not currently have any Clan Rats, you may summon one additional Clan Rat to that region for 0 power."

Round 2, End Phase
Board at the start of the end phase:
1. Remove Chaos Cards from the Board - no effects
2. Hero Tokens are resolved - Angry Peasants kill an Acolyte in Norsca, a follower of Nurgle in Estalia, and Clan Rats in both The Border Princes and The Badlands
3. Resolve Old World cards - no effects
4. Score Ruined Regions - Troll Country: +6 VP+3 VP
5. Advance Threat Dials - There is a tie for the most DACs; all besides Nurgle tick once
It should be Tzeetch to choose a victim as his threat is at 7 and Nurgle is at 5. Nurgle should only get the second tick along with the rest of us which is after the hero (peasant) token is resolved.
edit: Hmmmm ok so with Havoc he gets a tick during battle and one more during corruption. Gah didn't see that one coming as well. Yikes if he had 2 lepers there, he would have advanced his dial 3 times.

There's not much you could have done about it, and you did manage to stop him ticking a third time with a combination of Lambs. and killing a leper in Bretonnia.

And it would've been so terrible for him to get his first upgrade when everyone else gets theirs, right? :P There's a good reason he was upset about that LttS play...

Almost makes it more upsetting that he didn't realize it beforehand. First time playing Morrsleib Nurgle and remembering some of the complaints leveled before-its not unbalanced but every mistake you make(and I've certainly made some) seems huge compared to the other gods, very little room for error in things going your way.
And remove a Tzeentch corruption and a Leper from Estalia

Round 3, Old World and Draw Phases
Morrslieb Eclipsed
In each region, remove one corruption belonging to each player, if able. - Players cannot play Chaos cards. At the beginning of each summoning phase, players may sacrifice two of their figures that are on the board to ignore this effect for that round. (Place the sacrificed figures on this card. They are not removed from this card until the round is over.)
That's ok, you're low on cards anyway.
Draw Phase:
Tzeentch may choose to discard a card (but probably won't).
Draw 1, 2 in hand, 17 left in deck Draw 1, 5 in hand, 17 left in deck Draw 0 (accidentally drew 2 last round), 3 or 4 in hand, 16 left in deck Draw 0 (accidentally drew 2 last round), 3 in hand, 17 left in deck Draw 1, 2 in hand, 17 left in deck
I think we can once again safely assume Tzeentch will not discard, so everyone can decide whether or not they're sacrificing to the Eclipse. It doesn't mention the order on the card, so we'll do it from highest threat to lowest (K -> S -> N -> T -> HR), but I don't care if you announce your decision early. Once everyone has decided, Khorne will be active.
Some of the expert cards involve this order (light of day?)-makes more sense to me at least-Ill pass on playing any of my shitty cards

Well, I figured the closest comparison is the other two Expert OWCs that have declarations like this (High Elf Protection and The Light of Day), and they both do it in threat order. But whatever people think is best, I guess.
I will be putting two of my Acolytes from Troll Country on the card.
I wish I didn't need to play cards...

Damn reading! You win again!
The Black Hole of Cygnus X-1
I'm in a hurry, so no board update at the moment. I'm sure you'll deal.
Troll Country: 3 dice
Bretonnia: 4 dice
The Empire: 2 dice (vs. Peasant)
Estalia: HAVOC'd! - +1 corruption, immediate tick: 5 - Score 3 VP
Tilea: 1 die (vs. Peasant)
Roll whenever. After you roll, stever, please say what you're summoning from Ascension.
I came back on just to edit that in hoping no one had noticed it. Bah!
I thought it wouldn't make any difference if I rolled now so I did. If anyone wonders; the capital A in my orokos name is accidental
1 hit in Bretonnia killing a leper clan rat leper. Obviously did not sharpen my axe enough.
Edit: just realised killing a rat would be better to avoid the double ticking.
Edit: Oh wait nurgle did not get a DAC. Back to killing a leper. Damnit.
Hmmmm didn't see that one. Thank goodness Belfast didn't as well. :P
Summon a Daemonette with Ascension.

Nooooooooooo!!!
Ahhhhhh the collective screams of rats everywhere. Music to my ears.

The Badlands: +1 VP DAC
Corruption step:
Norsca: +2 DAC
Troll Country: +3 DAC, +8 DAC - 1ST RUINED! - +3 VP +3 VP
The Empire: +3

Updated VP:
Khorne: 12 VP
Nurgle: 7 VP
Tzeentch: 5 + 3 = 8 VP
Slaanesh: 10 + 6 = 16 VP
The Horned Rat: 7 VP
6. Check for Game end - The game does not end
Things that need to happen:
It should be Tzeetch to choose a victim as his threat is at 7 and Nurgle is at 5. Nurgle should only get the second tick along with the rest of us which is after the hero (peasant) token is resolved.

I'll place my 2 Daemonettes on the card.
