Uhm, hello?

Wow, never completely dropped the ball this badly. Doesn't seem like that much time has passed but I haven't done anything in weeks. Only explanation I can give is that it's way too easy to come home from work, plop into my computer chair and rot my brain with blinking lights and loud noises of one type or another.

When I should have been writing posts and making campaign notes, I'd be playing Saints Row 3 or watching One Piece. Uhm, sorry?

Is anyone still around or interested in continuing? I completely understand if people have moved on or lost interest. I would like to get this game moving again, but I need to move it along quickly. I've been trying to lay down every step of the journey, which had the unfortunate effect of getting me bogged down in minutia.

So, to kick start this again, I propose writing the group off Tatooine and already docking at Hackferd Station. (using the repayment of Sak's good smaratian act is a perfect way to do this)
Because if I keep writing dialog scene after dialog scene, it's going to kill me, which is a problem, as I love writing dialog.

So, I will make a post to this effect tonight or tomorrow and anyone still around is more then welcome to join in again.

... I did it again, didn't I? Sorry again.

For one, Work kicked up the stress on me.

And another roleplaying game group that I play in hit a pretty big snag that caused me to do some soul-searching on why I enjoy this hobby and how I approach the gaming table. And what I want from the gaming experience. Surprisingly enough, what I want from games now doesn't match up with the habits I've cultivated from older campaigns and groups. If I want to change this, I have to do it immediately.

So I've not been in much of a gaming mood last couple weeks. And I've needed the time to think about this game and what I want out of it and how I need to step up to get it.

I have a bad habit of coasting along with the bare minimum amount of effort until I have my face rubbed in the fact that it isn't good enough. This time, the hullabaloo from my other group was the wakeup call.

I will get a post up tomorrow. My plan is to have something by early afternoon cst.

No worries man. The nice thing about PBPs is people can come and go as they need and the game is still there.

I understand the "not being in a gaming mood" thing...I've been much the same the past couple weeks. It's crunch time at work for me, so some days I don't even check Critical Failures at all.

Looking forward to your post, but don't beat yourself up on it. You're doing just fine.

It's time for me to face facts. Much as I might wish to get this up again, if for no other reason then to not leave you guys feeling like I just up and quit, ... but the motivation just isn't there.

I thought I wanted to play Star Wars, and I did. But I kinda screwed up by taking as many people as I did.
I just can't seem to handle groups larger then 3-4 at all. So I'm sorry for that.

Not to mention that my tastes (mainly story-wise, even a little in regards to system) changed and didn't tell me. So I was trying to run the game as I usually would, but then wondering why I was having to force myself to post.

So, I appreciate all you guys putting your hats in the ring, but I am going to have to formally call this game kaput.

I can't say I won't ever run Star Wars again, but now just turned out to not be the right time.
